Thomas Klein

Thomas Klein has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Thomas is currently working at BestSecret GmbH as the Head of Convenience Development since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Zalando SE for nine years, holding various roles such as Business Owner Customer Satisfaction, Lead Voice of Customers, Business Development Lead - Customer Care, Sr. Business Development Manager New Ventures - fleek, and Customer Satisfaction & Operations Manager Zalando Austria/Switzerland. Before joining Zalando, Thomas worked at TOTAL as an Advisor Sustainable Development & New Energies from April 2009 to June 2012.

Thomas Klein began their education at the European School Brussels, Uccle in 1988 and completed their European Baccalaureate in 2000. Thomas then attended Technische Universität Berlin from 2001 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Dipl.-Ing. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen with a specialization in Technische Chemie. In 2006 to 2007, they also participated in the Erasmus program at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and related supporting services.
