Hilary Klassen

Hilary Klassen is the CEO and Co-Founder of bestselfy. Prior to bestselfy, Hilary was the Head of People & Organization at simplesurance GmbH, where they were responsible for building out the people operations function to support company growth. Hilary has also founded and served as the CEO of Quahog, an open-source HR/recruitment consultancy. In addition to their work in the HR/recruitment field, Hilary is also a Co-Founder of The Secret HR Society.

Hilary Klassen has a Master's degree in Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurial Leadership from ESCP Business School. Hilary also has a BA in International Affairs (Political Economy) from The George Washington University. In addition, they are certified as a Strength Coach from Gallup.
