Nieros O. is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Finance Leaders Fellow at The Aspen Institute and holds multiple partner and board positions across various organizations. At Verod Capital Management and Verod-Kepple Africa Ventures, Nieros is a Partner and General Partner, respectively. Nieros also serves as a Board Member for the BESTSELLER FOUNDATION and Talawa Theatre Company, contributing to social impact initiatives and the promotion of Black theatre in the UK. In addition, Nieros is involved with Tangerine Africa as Board Member and Chair of the Risk & Audit Committee, and serves on the Advisory Board of iungo capital. Previous roles include leading The Africa List at CDC Group plc and corporate finance positions at LADOL and Macquarie Group. Nieros holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Columbia University, a Master’s in Finance from London Business School, and a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
