Anne Engholm serves as the People & Organizational Development Lead at BESTSELLER since October 2018, overseeing the HR function and driving organizational development within BESTSELLER TECH. Engholm previously held the position of Senior People Business Partner, focusing on building an HR function suitable for an agile environment. Prior experience includes Head of HR at STOY, where responsibilities encompassed preparing the company for growth, and HR Director at Knauf A/S, leading the HR strategy. A significant tenure at Designit included roles from Global Head of People to People Manager, where Engholm was pivotal in developing HR strategies across global offices. Educational credentials include ongoing training as a Metakognitiv Terapeut and various certifications in Agile and leadership development, alongside a Master's in Digital Innovation from Aarhus University.
