Susanne Scott Levinsen

Susanne Scott Levinsen is a Partner and Country Law Leader for Denmark at EY, with extensive experience in Danish and international mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documentation. Additionally, Susanne assists clients with foundation law, corporate, and general commercial law matters. Susanne has held various roles, including Attorney at Kromann Reumert, External Corporate Counsel for the LEGO Group, and Solicitor at Travers Smith. Susanne is also a member of Bestyrelseskvinder. Educational qualifications include an LLM from Northwestern University and an LLM from Aarhus University.
