Susanne Merves

Susanne Merves is an experienced professional in property management and educational program development. Currently serving as a Property Specialist at BET Investments since June 2013 and previously as an Assistant Property Manager, Susanne has achieved over 98% occupancy in apartment homes while managing rent collection and resident accounts. Prior roles include Property Manager of Lincoln Woods Apartments and Systems of Care Consultant for the Montgomery County Office of Behavioral Health, where project coordination for grant initiatives was a key responsibility. As Director of Educational Programs and Associate Director at The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth, Susanne oversaw program development for alternative education and counseling, expanding the customer base amid economic challenges. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Planning and Administration from Penn State University.
