Devin Griffin

Devin Griffin has a diverse and successful work experience. Starting as a Supervisor of Warehouse Operations at McMaster-Carr, they later worked at the National Basketball Association as the Manager of Fan Development. Devin then moved on to Silver Chalice, where they served as the Vice President of Business Development, securing partnerships with major professional sports leagues. Afterward, they co-founded Above Average and served as its VP of Business Development under Broadway Video. Griffin then joined Netflix, where they held various roles, including Director of Content Acquisitions for Independent Television and Director of Unscripted Originals & Co-Productions. Devin also worked at The Story Lab as an EVP, overseeing content development and business strategy. Currently, they are the EVP & GM of BET+. Additionally, they have served as an Independent Board Director at Equinox and a Board Advisor at BIG Media. Throughout their career, Griffin has demonstrated their ability to drive deal negotiations, develop new strategies, and forge successful partnerships.

Devin Griffin attended Stanford University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BA degree in Economics. Devin later pursued an MBA degree at The Wharton School from 2007 to 2009.
