Kenard Gibbs

Kenard Gibbs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Midwest at BET Networks since December 2013, Kenard previously held significant roles such as Partner at Soul Train Holdings, where responsibilities included advising the board and producing the 2013 ST Awards. Kenard also co-founded MadVision Entertainment, focused on urban content production, and served as Group Publisher for Ebony and JET Magazines, overseeing all aspects of P&L and launching the Ebony/JET Entertainment Group. With prior positions including President of Vibe Magazine and Executive Recruiter at TMP Worldwide, Kenard has a strong background in advertising sales, marketing, and strategic management. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree from Williams College.
