Rachel Bradley has a diverse work experience in marketing and event management. Rachel started their career at the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation as an Information and Education Specialist, where they handled internal and external communications and built relationships with stakeholders. Rachel then worked as a Marketing Specialist at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, promoting nature tourism and designing marketing plans. Rachel later joined Paolucci Salling & Martin as an Account Executive, leading marketing campaigns for home builders and managing branding and design. Rachel'smost recent role was at BET, where they started as a Coordinator in Special Events and Corporate Relations and worked their way up to Manager and eventually Director. In this role, they conceptualized and executed groundbreaking events and campaigns, managed budgets and vendor selection, and collaborated across departments to drive consumer engagement.

Rachel Bradley attended the University of Oklahoma, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology.
