Tiffany Lea Williams has extensive work experience in the entertainment industry, particularly with BET (BET Networks, a subsidiary of Viacom Inc.) and Viacom. In 2020, they became the Executive Vice President of Unscripted Programming and Development at BET. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Producer for MTV, VH1, and CMT from 2019 to 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the SVP of Series Development, Unscripted for MTV. Before that, they held various roles such as VP of Series Development, Unscripted; Senior Development Consultant; and Development Consultant for MTV. Additionally, they have experience as a Co-Executive Producer, Supervising Producer, Line Producer, Production Manager, Unit Manager, and Production Coordinator in the industry. Their career in entertainment started in 1999 with roles at MTV and VH1.
Tiffany Lea Williams completed the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS) program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2018. Prior to that, they studied Television and Film, earning a Bachelor of Media Arts with a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
