Phan Van Tan

Phan Van Tan has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and IT. Phan started their career at Samsung Vina Electronics Co., ltd in 2008 as a Technical Support CS before moving on to become a Senior IT Specialist from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, Tan joined Mitel as a DevOps Engineer and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Senior DevOps at Prophet Exchange, where they are responsible for designing cloud-native architecture, ensuring solution and operations reliability, and performing strategy assessments for customer's cloud infrastructure design.

Phan Van Tan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from HCM City of Industry University, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the Fundamentals for Istio Ambient Mesh and Intermediate for Istio certifications from Solo.io in March 2023. Phan also holds a VCP certification from Robusta Technology and Training obtained in January 2016, a CCNA certification from VnPro obtained in June 2015, an MCSE certification from Nhat Nghe Education JSC obtained in January 2015, an MCSA certification from Nhat Nghe Education JSC obtained in October 2014, and a Certified Linux Administrator (LPIC-1) certification from the Linux Professional Institute obtained in January 2020.
