Rachel Sammut

Rachel Sammut is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at bet365 since August 2018, following a role as HR Manager. Prior to bet365, Rachel held the position of HR Business Partner at Ferratum Group, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end HR processes, coaching managers, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and administering compensation and benefits. Previous roles also include HR Manager at Bit8 and HR Executive at Air X Charter. Additionally, Rachel has a strong background in office management and project coordination from time spent at Tipico Ltd., where a focus on employee well-being and event planning was key.
