Christina Hoffman

Christina Hoffman serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at JLL Technologies since August 2023, collaborating with the CHRO and the CEO to align HR strategy with business goals. Prior to this, Christina was the Chief People Officer at Beautycounter from July 2022 to June 2023, leading HR revitalization efforts and serving on the Compensation Committee and DEI Task Force. Christina also held the role of Chief People Officer at eHealth, Inc. from September 2018 to July 2022, where similar transformation initiatives were implemented. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at LinkedIn, driving talent strategy and organizational design, and working as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Manager at Hewlett-Packard, focusing on talent management and workforce planning. Christina is an alumnus of the University of Washington and attended Punahou School.
