Barbara Baccarini

Barbara Baccarini has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Specialist at Beta 80 Group since October 2008. In this role, responsibilities include managing funded training and language training, analyzing budget reports related to training, overseeing corporate benefits, organizing company events, and supporting the development of workplace safety initiatives. Prior to this position, Barbara worked at Teatro alla Scala from October 2004 to July 2010 as Maschera, providing public service support. Barbara holds a specialist degree in Business Law from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca (2006-2008) and a bachelor's degree in Law, specializing in Legal Services (2002-2006), along with a scientific high school diploma obtained in 2002.
