Kaitlin Ham is a skilled professional with experience in various roles, currently working as an Incoming Deal Advisory and Strategy Intern at KPMG. Kaitlin also serves as a Business 101 Section Leader at Gies College of Business and holds the position of VP of Communications at Beta Alpha Psi - Alpha Chapter. In addition, Kaitlin is an active candidate at Illinois Business Consulting. Kaitlin previously worked as a Risk Advisory Intern at Baker Tilly US and gained teaching experience at Eyelevel Learning Center. Kaitlin is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Gies College of Business.

We are the only Business Honors Fraternity in the Gies College of Business. We strive to create an inclusive community that encourages and fosters academic and professional excellence by providing our members with the opportunities they need to be successful through student and firm-led presentations. As a Business Honor Society, we are very selective in our recruitment process and admit only highly driven students who not only perform at the top of their class but also show ambition and drive in the pursuit of their careers in the field of business.
