Tyler Geery

Tyler Geery has a diverse work experience, starting as an Education Technology Developer at RIT Insight Lab in 2012. Tyler then interned as a Software Engineer at PTC in 2013. Tyler joined REDCOM Laboratories, Inc. as a Software Engineer in 2015, working on IP communication solutions and softswitches. In 2016, they became a Software Engineer at the University of Rochester Medical Center, focusing on developing and maintaining web applications targeting patient outcomes. During their time there, they also gained certifications to integrate applications into the Epic Enterprise system. Most recently, Tyler has been working as a Senior Software Engineer at Beta Bionics since 2018.

Tyler Geery obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Chronicles Database Programmer (Version Epic 2015) and Interconnect Programmer (Version Epic 2015) from Epic in August 2016. Tyler also obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate (DVA) certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2019.
