Stephanie Pearl Rogers

Stephanie Pearl Rogers is a seasoned professional in the field of entomology and biotechnology, currently serving as the Product and Process Development Manager at Beta Bugs Limited since April 2024. With a strong background in insect genetics, Rogers has previously held key positions including Breeding Lead at Aquanzo, where contributions were made to mass breeding systems for Artemia cysts, and R&D Senior Scientist/Team Lead at Oxitec Ltd, leading developments for a malaria program funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. An accomplished educator, Rogers has lectured on insect biotechnology and sustainability at Insider London, and has conducted extensive research with expertise in fly breeding processes and ecological surveying. With a Master’s Degree in Conservation from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Essex, Rogers combines academic knowledge with extensive practical experience in the industry.
