Raffaella Serra

Raffaella Serra is an experienced professional in product management and business development, currently serving as Product Manager for CASO® at Solvay since May 2018, where responsibilities include monitoring profitability and consolidating budget figures for a product with diverse global applications. Raffaella has also been a Business Development Manager EMEA at Beta Renewables S.p.A. since August 2013, focusing on the commercial deployment of advanced biofuel technology, client relations, and opportunity identification. Raffaella’s earlier career includes a significant tenure at Mossi Ghisolfi Group, culminating in a Sales & Marketing Manager role, where negotiation with major international brands and sales development were key responsibilities. Raffaella holds degrees in Marketing and Negotiation from MIP Politecnico di Milano and in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Università di Pavia.
