Paula McKinley

Project Specialist at BETAH Associates

Paula McKinley has worked in various roles since 1994. Paula started their career at Skadden Arps as an Applications Support Analyst (IT network and software user support). In 2000, they joined Columbia University Medical Center as an Assistant Professor (research scientist) and Research Coordinator. In 2019, they moved to BETAH Associates, Inc. as a Project Specialist. Most recently, in 2020, they joined the U.S. Census Bureau as a Census Field Supervisor.

Paula McKinley began their educational journey at Benton High School, where they graduated with a High School Diploma in 1980. Paula then attended Ouachita Baptist University from 1980 to 1983, studying psychology and biology. In 1984, they graduated from University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.A. in psychology and biology. In 1998, Paula earned their Ph.D. in Health/Medical Psychology from The Graduate Center, City University of New York. Most recently, Paula completed a self-paced online curriculum in Software Engineering from Flatiron School.
