Mandy Friedrich

Mandy Friedrich has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance roles. Mandy began their career at Roche in 2007, where they served as a GMP and compliance expert and later as a training expert. Mandy then worked at EBEWE Pharma Ges.m.b.H Nfg., Unterach am Attersee as an operational compliance manager and hygiene delegate, ensuring GMP and compliance in production and engineering areas. Mandy then joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a QA/regulatory compliance manager, responsible for maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance. Mandy also worked at Rottendorf Pharma as the head of QA compliance and process group leader. Currently, Mandy is the head of EU-G Process Compliance and Quality Management at betapharm Arzneimittel GmbH, overseeing quality assurance and management systems. Throughout their career, Mandy has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.

Mandy Friedrich's education history includes various degrees and certifications. Mandy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmamanagement und -technologie from SRH Riedlingen, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a degree as a staatlich geprüfte Biotechnikerin from LGA Nürnberg, specializing in Biotechnik, between 2008 and 2010. In 2007, they completed a Zusatzqualifikation Molekularbiologie from IHK, focusing on Molekularbiologie. Before that, they studied at Berufskolleg Hilden and obtained a degree as a staatlich geprüfte BTA in Biologie/Chemie from 2005 to 2007. In 2005, they completed their Abitur in Biologie und Ökotrophologie from Alice Schule Giessen.

Additionally, Mandy Friedrich has received several certifications. In 2018, they became a Qualified SME Trainer for RCA at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Mandy also obtained the certifications of Green Belt & Lean Master from Helling und Storch and QS und GMP Beauftragter from CONCEPT HEIDELBERG GmbH in 2018 and 2016, respectively.

Furthermore, they became an Experte für PQS in 2015 and achieved certifications in Pharmatechnik im GMP - Umfeld and Experte für GMP from PTS in 2015 and 2014, respectively. Mandy also obtained a certification in English from educom GmbH / Österreich in 2014. In 2013, they completed Train the Trainer from PTS / MTI Schmidt and became an Experte für Hygiene from PTS in the same year.
