Marion Gondeau started their work experience in 2011 as an Assistant in Sales and Merchandising at Hugo Boss. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Advertising Manager at BETC. In 2014, Marion joined Ogilvy & Mather as an Assistant Account Executive, where they were responsible for strategizing IBM's campaign adaptation to the French market and launching the "Made with IBM" communication platform. Marion also conducted benchmarking activities. Marion returned to BETC in 2015 and held various roles, including Account Manager, Client Director, and currently, Associate Director. Their current role started in January 2021 and is ongoing.

Marion Gondeau has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication at NEOMA Business School. Marion then pursued further studies and obtained a Master 2 degree in Marketing and Communication from the same institution, graduating in 2013.
