Zina S. began their work experience in 2003 as an Assistant of Promotion at Skyrock. Zina then worked as an Assistant Marketing and Communication at S&P Global from September 2003 to August 2005. After that, they became a Chargée de comptes clients at S&P Global from August 2005 to August 2006. Zina then worked as a Conference Production Manager at THE AWARNESS GROUP Ltd from December 2006 to April 2007. Zina also worked as a Traductrice for Usain Bolt during a commercial shoot at Digicel Group in March 2010.

In 2011, Zina joined the Alliance Française de la Jamaïque as a Chargée de Communication et de Projets Culturels, where they planned and coordinated cultural events. Zina then worked at MEDIAMETRIE, PRISMA PRESSE, and LANVIN (PEARL INTERIM) as an Assistant in various departments from September 2011 to November 2012. At TBWA\Paris, Zina worked as a Chargée de Production Évènementielle from December 2012 to November 2013.

Since January 2014, Zina has been working at BETC as an Acheteuse d'Art. Zina also took on the role of Chef de projet at BETC / LE POSTE GENERAL, where they planned, coordinated, and managed internal and external projects for Vincent Malone, who held various roles such as Vice-President/Director of Creation at BETC, Producer and Director at Le Poste général, Producer and Director at Studio LA-BO, writer, and artist (known as "Roi des Papas"). Zina's responsibilities included production planning, financial and administrative support, online and offline visibility development, guest interviews and programming, coordination with creative, sales, traffic, and journalistic teams, project documentation preparation, event organization, benchmarking, logistics management, and procurement.

Zina S.'s education history begins in 1997 when they attended Lycée Balzac in Tours and obtained their Baccalauréat Littéraire. Zina went on to enroll at Université de Tours in 2000, where they pursued a DEUG I de Sociologie. The following year, they attended Ecole Sainte Marguerite in Tours and completed their BTS Communication des Entreprises degree between 2001 and 2003. Zina then joined ESIG Paris in 2003, where they obtained their DEESCOM (Diplôme Européen des Etudes Supérieures de Communication) in 2004. Finally, in 2004-2005, they attended ESIG Paris once again for their MASTER Management et Marketing Opérationnel.
