Alison Galea

Alison Galea is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of Talent Development at Betclic Group, where employment began in February 2012. Throughout the tenure at Betclic Group, Alison has also held positions such as HR Business Partner and Head of HR Malta Function in an interim role overseeing all HR and OFM functions. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor/Coordinator at the Embassy of Malta in Paris from 2008 to 2012, as well as an Accounts Executive at Dakar Software Systems from 2002 to 2007. Alison's education includes a Certificate in Coaching Skills from the Academy of Executive Coaching in 2024, and several undergraduate diplomas in Human Resources Management, HR Practices and Employment Law, and Employment Law from recognized institutions between 2014 and 2019.
