Artur Major has extensive experience in account management and customer support within the online gaming and telecommunications industries. Since November 2017, Artur has been with Betclic Group, progressing from Customer Support Agent to Key Account Manager and currently serving as Key Account Management Team Lead, focusing on the Portuguese and Italian markets. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, enhancing service quality, and leading team training initiatives on various gaming and regulatory practices.
