Audrey FLAUD is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment and employee integration. Currently serving as the People Experience Manager and previously as a Human Resources Specialist at Betclic Group since February 2019, Audrey has a strong background in sourcing candidates, developing job descriptions, and facilitating hiring processes across various departments including IT, Product, Data, and Design. Prior roles include Chargée de recrutement at GESER BEST, where Audrey focused on hard-to-fill IT positions, and Chargée de formation at Cdiscount, overseeing the training and integration of new employees.
