Rebecca Quirk

Rebecca Quirk is an experienced professional in employee experience and organizational culture with a focus on engagement and inclusion. Currently serving as the People Experience Manager at Eucalyptus since August 2023, Rebecca previously held roles at Big Red Group as an Engagement and Inclusion Partner, where the integration of inclusion into the employee lifecycle was prioritized, and as a Workplace Experience Manager, responsible for annual company-wide event programming. Prior experience includes a tenure at Inspire, where Rebecca managed culture and internal communications and developed strategies to enhance employee engagement. Additionally, Rebecca has experience in educational settings as an Americorps Vista with Great Oaks Charter Schools, and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications from Saint Joseph's University.
