Lauren Hays

Lauren Hays has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lauren is currently working at Betenbough Companies, PBC as a Leader Support Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Kingdom At Work as a Communications Manager. Lauren also served as a Communications Manager at Betenbough Companies from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at Betenbough Homes, including Director of Sales Support and Marketing Manager. Lauren started their career at the City of Jacksonville Office of Special Events as a Media Support Specialist. Throughout their career, Lauren has gained expertise in communications, public relations, marketing, and event management.

Lauren Hays completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication/Public Relations from the University of North Florida between the years 2003 and 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Media and Communication from Texas Tech University from 2012 to 2015.
