Frederik de Pauw

Frederik De Pauw is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Retail at betFIRST since January 2018, where responsibilities include managing 500 points of sale, overseeing retail P&L, driving commercial growth, and being the main point of contact for retail stakeholders. Prior to this role, Frederik held positions such as Customer Experience Manager and Customer Manager, focusing on product experience and customer management. Additionally, Frederik has been active in local politics in Grimbergen as Secretaris for Open Vld Grimbergen since October 2016.
