Andrew Somerharju Neale

Andrew Somerharju Neale has extensive experience in web analytics and process improvement, currently serving as Head of CRXO at Betfred since January 2017, following roles such as Web Analytics Technology Manager and Website Analyst. Prior to Betfred, Andrew worked at TalkTalk from February 2007 to January 2017, where responsibilities included analyzing online content and improving processes as part of the Online Support Team and the Cons Ops Tech Faults Team. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire and is Six Sigma green belt certified, with a strong focus on delivering analytical insights and enhancing operational efficiency.
