Ryan Graue

Ryan Graue serves as the Director of Business Operations for the Department of OB/GYN at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since February 2012, managing a $40 million operating budget and 200 support staff to restore profitability following pandemic-related challenges. In addition, Ryan has held the position of Administrative Director of Operations for the Department of Surgery, where responsibilities include overseeing performance goals across multiple divisions. Prior to these roles, Ryan was a Senior Project Manager focused on process improvement and founded Operating Analytics, a software company that enhances operating room management. Early career experiences include roles at AvSafe as an Aeronautical Engineer/Analyst and various positions at Saint Louis University and Garmin International. Ryan holds an MBA in Operations Research and a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University.
