Vincent Butler Jr has extensive experience in IT management and technical support, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as IS Manager II at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since April 1999, Vincent oversees a team of help desk and technical support professionals, manages research data and web servers, and addresses networking issues. Prior to this role, Vincent worked at Tufts-New England Medical Center and New England Medical Center as a Technical Support Technician and Lead Computer Support Technician, where responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues and maintaining relationships with hospital staff. Vincent's early experience includes a position as a Computer Lab Assistant at Boston University. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University and has completed relevant training at the Computer Training Institute.
