Babak Bagheral currently serves as Regional Director of Workforce Planning and Development at Beth Israel Lahey Health since November 2022. In addition, Babak has held multiple positions at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since December 2010, primarily as Program Manager and previously as Program Administrator in Workforce Development. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Workplace Education and Instructor at JVS Boston from 2003 to 2010.
