Christine Kady currently serves as the Executive Director of Workforce Operations at Beth Israel Lahey Health, where the focus is on aligning staffing and processes with business strategies and implementing change management initiatives. Previously, Kady held the position of Executive Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, leading projects to centralize key functions and enhance candidate experiences. With over a decade of experience at Steward Health Care, Kady oversaw physician contracting and recruitment strategies, managed on-boarding processes, and developed performance improvement initiatives. Kady's career began at Caritas Christi Health Care as a Physician Recruiter, collaborating on recruitment strategies and operational planning. Kady holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Fitchburg State University.
