Darren Guy

Darren Guy is a seasoned medical professional currently serving as the Associate Chief Medical Officer at Beth Israel Lahey Health since September 2024. In addition, Darren has been the Executive Director and Medical Director at NH Cares MSSP ACO since May 2019. Previous roles include Chief Population Health Officer at Core Physicians, LLC from December 2021 to September 2024, and Medical Director of Population Health at Exeter Health Resources Inc from May 2017 to December 2021. Darren also held the position of VP of Population Health Management at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and various leadership roles at Core Physicians since 2007. Darren completed residency training at the Cleveland Clinic from 2003 to 2007, where the role of Pediatric Chief Resident was held. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England and a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience and Technology from the University of New Hampshire.
