Dean Carucci

Dean Carucci serves as the Division President of the Community Division at Beth Israel Lahey Health since July 2024, overseeing the vision, strategy, and performance of community hospitals and their ambulatory sites. Previously, Dean held roles including Market President for HCA Healthcare - New England and Chief Executive Officer at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, where comprehensive services were provided to a regional population. Dean's extensive experience also includes positions such as Chief Operating Officer at New Hampshire Hospital Association and Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Chief Financial Officer at Parkland Medical Center, and Division Controller at HCA. Dean earned an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University.
