Sidnei Valle is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and quality assurance. Currently serving as an Analista de Projetos at Betha Sistemas since October 2022, Sidnei focuses on creating structures for system implementation and removing impediments. Previously held the role of Scrum Master at BIP Brasil, promoting agile methodologies within the team. As a Gerente de Análise de Negócios Processos e Projetos at Prefeitura de Juiz de Fora, managed administrative project mapping and utilized agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban. Sidnei demonstrated expertise in quality management as the Gerente de Garantia da Qualidade at Colchões Castor and as Gerente de Qualidade at Pedra Sul Mineracao, where ISO 9001 was implemented. Founder of Santanna Rocha Consultoria, provided consulting in quality and safety through agile procedures. Educational qualifications include degrees in Project Management and Business Administration from PUC Minas and an MBA in Business Management from Doctum.
