Josh L. Trimble has extensive experience in educational and nonprofit leadership roles, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief of Foundation Management at Bethany Children's Health Center since July 2020. Prior to this, Josh held multiple positions at Oklahoma Baptist University from February 2010 to November 2019, including Director of Development and Senior Admissions Counselor, where notable achievements included leading a successful admissions team and developing a new employee orientation curriculum. Earlier roles included educational support at Bolivar R1 School District and various positions at Home Court Advantage Inc. and the Roy Blunt YMCA. Josh earned a Master of Business Administration from Southwest Baptist University and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Louisiana Baptist University and Theological Seminary, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Southwest Baptist University.

Bethany Children's Health Center (formerly The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital) is an innovative leader in the field of pediatric rehabilitation and 24-hour complex care. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient services for children (ages 0-21) and is the only inpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma.
