Lesley Erickson, LCSW, ACSW has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. Lesley began their career at Crossroads For Youth as a Therapist, where they provided individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents referred by the court or school due to behavioral, mental health, and substance abuse issues. Lesley then moved on to Catholic Charities West Michigan, where they served as a Program Director for seven years. Following that, they joined New Horizons Community Service Board as a Contract Therapist for a period of one year. Currently, Lesley holds a position at Bethany Christian Services, where they have held various roles including Staff Development Manager, Regional Talent Partner, Director of Regional Talent, and their current role as Senior Director of Talent Management.

Lesley Erickson, LCSW, ACSW obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Relations from Michigan State University in 1997. Lesley then went on to earn a Master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in 1999. In 2012, they pursued a Post MSW Certification in Animals & Human Health from the University of Denver. Additionally, Lesley has obtained several certifications, including being a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant and achieving the Kolbe Purple Circle designation in 2022. Lesley also holds certificates as a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) from the Florida Certification Board, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the State of Florida, and a Certified Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CCADC) from The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Certification Board of Georgia, Inc.
