Viviane Ngwa

Viviane Ngwa, PhD, MSW, LCSW, serves as the Vice President of Operations for Refugee and Immigrant Services at Bethany Christian Services, bringing extensive experience in leadership and management. Ngwa has held the position of Executive Branch Director and worked as an Independent Management Consultant within the social services sector. Additionally, Ngwa has contributed to the Illinois Collaboration on Youth (ICOY) as Chair of the Board of Directors, served as an Organizational Development Consultant for Royale Care, Inc., and participated as a Board Member and Peer Reviewer Team Leader for the Council on Accreditation.
