Brad Thayer

Brad Thayer is a seasoned pastor with extensive experience in church leadership and ministry management. Currently serving as the Campus Pastor at The Compass Church since May 2024, Brad has held similar roles at Bethany Community Church since February 2014, and previously served as the Equipping Pastor at ROCKHARBOR Church. Prior to their ministry roles, Brad worked in various positions, including Assistant Director at Azusa Pacific University, where responsibilities included managing chapel services and leading staff teams. Brad’s earlier experience as a General Manager at Gourmet Pizza Cafe and a Project Manager at Thayer Construction contributed to strong operational and leadership skills. Brad holds a Master's degree in Religion from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Exposition from San Diego Christian College.
