Melissa Treu

Melissa Treu is an experienced educator with a background in early childhood education and a solid history of teaching and mentoring young children. Currently, Melissa works as a Teacher Assistant at Grace Lutheran Preschool and as a 3-year-old preschool teacher at Bethany Lutheran School. Additional roles include teaching at Rainbow Preschool and assisting at Christ Lutheran Preschool. Melissa's previous experience encompasses a decade at the City of Long Beach as a Senior Lifeguard and Lifeguard, where record maintenance and client scheduling were key responsibilities. Leadership skills are demonstrated through the position of Head Coach for LA84 Synchronized Swimming and founding the Long Beach Girls Aquatics club. Melissa holds degrees in Early Childhood Development and Education from Brandman University, Fullerton College, and Cypress College.
