Kari Elias

Kari Elias serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at NMDP since 2023, leading a team to implement innovative talent solutions across various levels, including early career and executive talent. Prior to this role, Kari was the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Be The Match and held positions at Cygnus Recruiting Group as Sr. Managing Partner, focusing on customized recruitment solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Recruiting Excellence at Experis/Manpower Group, where leadership was provided for recruiting talent and client services, and managing P&L and strategic direction at AIC as Managing Director. During Kari's tenure at Experis from 2004 to 2015, various leadership roles were held, including Regional Recruiting Director and Talent Associate Program Director. Kari's career in recruitment began with roles at Ambient Consulting, Kelly Services, and Whittman-Hart. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
