Heather Works

Heather Works is an experienced professional in the hospitality and financial services industries, currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Operations at Bethesda Country Club since October 2021. Heather is also the Owner and Founder of Grow Love Inc, a non-profit organization focused on building food gardens in food deserts to foster community positivity and education. Additionally, Heather has been the CEO of H Works and Associates since September 2010, working as an independent contractor in financial services. Previous managerial roles include positions at True Food Kitchen, McCormick & Schmick's, and P.F. Chang's China Bistro, among others, demonstrating a strong background in restaurant operations and management since 2003.
