Les Molina is a highly experienced professional in accounting and management, currently serving as a Central Business Office Accountant at Bethesda Associates since November 2016, where responsibilities include maintaining resident billing profiles and accurately entering charges and credits. Previously, Les owned Victory Solutions LLC from February 2014 to December 2018, providing services that simplify technology usage. Les held various managerial roles at MacSuperstore from August 2008 to January 2013, including Store Manager and Sales Manager, overseeing operations, sales, and team leadership. Additional experience includes being an Operations Manager at Staples and a Sales Manager at CompUSA, where accomplishments include increasing technical services sales by 80% and improving customer service ratings. Les holds a degree from the University of Iowa, completing studies between 1992 and 2000.
