Brian Rhatigan

Brian Rhatigan has a diverse background in sports broadcasting and education, currently serving as an Arena Host for the Albany Firebirds since February 2024. Rhatigan hosts The Back 9 Show and previously hosted The Back 9 Podcast until February 2024. Experience also includes a role as a Teaching Aide at Bethlehem Central School District and serving as a Senior Activity Leader at School's Out Inc. from May 2014 to August 2022. Prior experience in media includes working as a Promotions Assistant at Townsquare Media and as a Radio Personality on WNYO 88.9 FM, where Rhatigan co-hosted programs focusing on sports and pop culture. Rhatigan's internship at 104.5 The Team ESPN Radio and reporting role at WTOP-10 TV further enhanced the skill set in sports journalism and content creation. Rhatigan holds a degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, obtained in 2018.
