Eleanor de Kanter

Eleanor de Kanter is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and consultancy within the startup and retail sectors. Currently a mentor at Techstars and Bethnal Green Ventures, Eleanor also serves as a fractional COO and CFO for startups, providing expertise in grant applications and R&D tax credits. As Director of The Wine Society, Eleanor leads on ESG and EDI as a Senior Director and Chair of the People Sub-committee, contributing to the organization's recognition as a leader in sustainable practices. Previous experience includes co-founding Talia, a tech startup focused on ESG investments, and serving as Head of Programme Operations at Ofgem. Eleanor's education includes advanced degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of Birmingham, along with notable roles in strategic consulting at Deloitte UK and Lincoln Pendragon.
