Atreyee Gohain

Atreyee Gohain is an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the College of Arts and Humanities Writing Center at Bethune-Cookman University since August 2018. Gohain also serves as the Senior Fiction Editor at JaggeryLit, an online journal centered on contemporary art and writing with a focus on South Asia and its diaspora. Previous experience includes faculty roles at the University of North Florida from August 2012 to August 2018 and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Ohio University from 2008 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from Ohio University, a Graduate Certificate in Women's and Gender Studies from Ohio University, an M.A. in English Literature from Delhi University, and various certifications in online teaching.
