Clifford Horace

Clifford Horace is an experienced professional in sports management and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Ticket at Bethune-Cookman University since July 2022. Previous roles include enhancing fan experiences with the Jacksonville Jaguars, where Clifford focused on customer service at TIAA Bank Field, and handling athletic ticketing at the University of North Florida. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Jacksonville Giants, where responsibilities encompassed game day activities and community engagement initiatives. Clifford's background also includes retail experience at Skechers, achieving high customer satisfaction ratings. Clifford holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business Management from the University of North Florida and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design and Business Specialist from Broward College.
