Ephron Ermias

Ephron Ermias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial at Betika since December 2021, Ephron has successfully expanded the retail market across Ethiopia, significantly boosting revenue through strategic planning and targeted awareness campaigns. Prior to this role, Ephron was the Head of ICT, overseeing financial aspects and managing project delivery. Ephron also worked as a Project Manager and Business Development Specialist at Kedamay Services Ethiopia, where technology projects were successfully executed while maintaining strong client relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Coordinator at Kebo Enterprise, managing international trade operations. Ephron holds degrees from Unity University and the University of Geneva, as well as credentials from the Corporate Finance Institute® in Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis (FMVA) and Business Intelligence and Data Analytics (BIDA).
