Nelly W. has extensive experience in customer service and testing roles, currently serving as a User Acceptance Tester and User Acceptance Testing Analyst at Betika since November 2016. Responsibilities include testing products and systems to ensure quality standards are met, as well as monitoring production sites and executing test plans. Prior experience includes customer service roles at StarTimes Media and Emms Studio, where Nelly managed customer inquiries, resolved issues, and provided product knowledge, alongside handling photography projects and editing. Nelly is currently pursuing education at the University of Nairobi, expected to complete studies in 2023.
